WHAT WE HAVE TO BUILD ON

Aviation expertise.
Real operating context.

The aviation strategy starts with experienced organisations: Al Furqan’s financing and structuring background, Vman’s asset-management capability, and established flight-training operations described in the acquisition materials.

The Furqan–Vman profile documents a partnership covering aviation consultancy, airports, leasing and financing. That relationship gives the aviation chapter a specific institutional foundation.

AIRCRAFT & TECHNICAL CAPABILITY

An asset platform
with range.

Vman’s company materials report a portfolio of 18 owned and managed aviation assets. The portfolio spans helicopters, training aircraft, regional and cargo aircraft, and simulator capability.

Fleet diversity

H125 helicopters, Piper Archers, Diamond DA42s, ATR72 and B737F aircraft appear in the portfolio materials.

Training infrastructure

An A320 simulator extends the platform’s training and proficiency capabilities.

Vman portfolio figures, as reported in its company profile.

WHAT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED

Built on years of
aviation experience.

A documented partnership

The Al Furqan–Vman profile sets out the aviation partnership and its consulting, financing and leasing remit.

An established asset platform

Vman IFSC was established in 2021. The materials describe an 18-asset owned-and-managed portfolio.

An experienced team

The Vman profile attributes more than 100 years of combined aviation experience to its team.

A longstanding training institution

Kenya School of Flying dates to 1992. Its 2026 profile reports 2,000+ licensed pilots trained.

Achievements are attributed to the named organisations; the proposed school acquisition and ALFA integrations remain separate execution steps.

A NEW GENERATION OF AVIATORS

Talent needs
a place to take flight.

The ambition connects aircraft availability with training quality, regional access and the infrastructure that helps pilots progress.

KENYA SCHOOL OF FLYING

Three decades.
Thousands of pilots.

The acquisition proposal identifies an operating institution with a substantial history. The school’s 2026 profile reports more than 2,000 licensed pilots and 22+ aircraft, with training locations at Wilson, Orly, Diani and Malindi.

Related operations include Aeronav charter services, reported as established in 2003 with 700+ completed missions, and a maintenance operation dating to 2015. These capabilities illustrate the depth of the proposed platform.

The training-school acquisition is proposed and remains subject to completion.

THE NEXT PLATFORM

105 aircraft.
A focused ambition.

The proposed training-aircraft platform outlines 105 aircraft, an indicative US$53 million fleet programme and a seven-year framework. The objective is to support flight-training capacity through a structured leasing model.

Separate H145 and H160 materials describe specific helicopter leasing opportunities. Each opportunity requires its own technical diligence, ownership verification, lessee review, insurance and transaction documentation.

FROM AIRFRAME TO SERVICE

More than an aircraft.
A complete capability.

Aircraft availability is only one part of a dependable aviation service. Technical records, continuing airworthiness, maintenance capacity, trained crews and disciplined asset management determine whether a fleet can perform.

The ecosystem vision combines leasing and financing with pilot training, simulation, technical services and, over time, medical and electric aviation opportunities.

WHERE WE’RE HEADED

From opportunity
to operational delivery.

A sequence of delivery milestones. Timing depends on project readiness, agreements and approvals.

01

Validate each asset

Complete technical records, title, valuation, operator and lease diligence for each opportunity.

02

Structure the platform

Agree the asset-holding, financing and operator arrangements; complete any acquisition separately.

03

Expand training capacity

Phase aircraft availability, instructor resources, maintenance and simulation into the training programme.

04

Connect ecosystem services

Develop eligible digital services, medical aviation partnerships and future electric-aviation opportunities.
